The new Vice - Chancellor of Federal University Lokoja, Professor Olayemi Durotimi Akinwumi, assume  office with an assurance to build on his predecessors foundation with fund generation and making FUL one of the top ten ranking University in Africa as his utmost agenda . According to reports, the protesters who where seen in their numbers have made it clear that the protest will hold at the lekki Tollgate adding that the presence of the security operatives was to only ensure peace in the cause of the protest.
